• How should attorneys protect our profession against this existential threat?

• Since Microsoft and others are SHOVING IT AT US, AS HARD AS THEY CAN, and you can no longer Opt Out, because in an act equal parts bravado, and foolishness they've decided that it is SO super cool and bitchin' that it is indispensable, I guess I have to learn to live with this invasive, demanding yet inherently flawed = lies and hallucinations, - and nobody is offering any solutions for that - I guess, that is, reluctantly I will have to find out how best to make use of it. Did I mention: "reluctantly"?
• Is AI being used to screen and identify child pornography?
• In your practices, how confident are you personally that economics will not drive use of AI as an alternative for human performance of basic legal analysis and deprive young lawyers in particular from learning how to think like a lawyer?
• As a percentage of the whole, what is your estimate (for each category) of how many lawyers, legal assistants, secretaries, and support staff that AI will render unnecessary/replace over the next 5, then 10 years? Will law school enrollment similarly decline? What is your best estimate of the percentage there?
• Who is responsible for curating the citations received from AI?
• How can AI on a Windows system know what to do for me when a lot of my work is done on a proprietary, unique, classic, non-Windows, C-CPM/MDOS based system?
