I keep logging in to the wrong account or my subscription tells me that I don’t have access. What’s going on?

When you’re trying to log into your account and it’s pulling up the wrong information or your online subscription is telling you that you’ve been denied access, it’s likely a cookies issue.

A cookie is a packet of data that a computer receives that gets sent back without changing or altering it. When you visit a website, the website sends the cookie to your computer where it’s stored in a file located in your web browser. Its purpose is to help the website keep up with your visits and activity while making it easier for you to move throughout different pages of the website without the need to start over from the main page every time.

It’s important to keep in mind that we cannot clear your cookies for you. It’s something that you have to manage yourself. To help you with that task, we’ve linked instructions for how to clear your cookies for a few of the major browsers below.
